STRENGTHS

My Clifton Strengths results help explain much of how I’m wired and how I lead. Themes such as Relator, Strategic, Activator, Developer, and Restorative reflect my natural blend of people-centered connection and forward-moving leadership. These strengths shape the way I build relationships, identify patterns, initiate action, encourage growth, and work to repair what is broken. They give language to the ways I instinctively support others and navigate challenges, helping me steward my gifts with greater intention and self-awareness.

Adaptability – I stay calm in chaos and embrace change with ease. I live in the moment.

Restorative – I enjoy solving problems and helping people or systems bounce back better.

Developer – I naturally spot potential in others and love helping them grow over time.

Responsibility – I take commitments seriously and show up when it counts.

Communication – I’m a strong communicator and enjoy connecting through words and stories.

Relator – I build deep, trusting relationships and value honesty, loyalty, and real connection.

Context – I understand the past to bring insight to the present and clarity to the future.

Strategic – I quickly see options and solutions that lead to results.

Activator – I move fast from ideas to action—I’m motivated to make things happen.

Working with this young lady was a joy. She was committed to learning, engaging, and applying the truths of the bible.

I had the privilege of officiating the wedding of two young adults I got to know and love during my tenure in Nebraska, Annelise and Daniel.
