"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." Galatians 2: 20
CHARACTER
I thrive on connection, shared experiences, and bringing energy into the spaces I enter. Building relationships comes naturally to me. Meeting new people feels intuitive, and turning those encounters into meaningful friendships brings me genuine joy. I am energized by new experiences and by a full life of purposeful work and shared moments rather than extended solitude. In group settings, I bring laughter, intentionality, and a sense of momentum. There truly is an icebreaker for every occasion. I find deep satisfaction in creating spaces where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and empowered to grow, both individually and as a community.

My decision-making is grounded in a disciplined and consistent life of prayer. Long before I fully understood who Christ was to me personally, I knew I could pray and be heard. Prayer has always been my anchor. I do not begin my day or leave my home without first spending time in communion with God. Scripture is the light for my path and the guide for my steps, and it is where I intentionally return for direction and clarity. I also seek wisdom from those who have walked faithfully before me, drawing on their experience, counsel, and discernment. Early in my ministry, following a formative conversation with Steve Case, I established an accountability council that I continue to maintain today. This group exists to mentor me, speak truth with love, and faithfully cover me in prayer. Alongside this, I remain attentive to my surroundings, attentive to people, patterns, and opportunities, responding thoughtfully and prayerfully as the Spirit leads.

I am both a people-person and a strategic thinker, shaped by a deep sense that my life and work flow from Christ living in and through me, knowing without a doubt that He has created me to do good works. I’m energized by helping people grow, solve problems, and overcome challenges, and I carry a strong desire to restore what is broken whether in individuals, relationships, or organizational systems. I find real joy in encouraging others to step into their God-given potential and the unique contributions they bring to the community. I process life through a blend of intuition and insight, often looking to the past to understand the present and make intentional decisions. I naturally see patterns and pathways that others may miss, and once a direction becomes clear, I’m eager to move from vision to action. With time, I’ve also learned to lead at a pace that allows people to fully grasp the vision and confidently move forward with it. Ultimately, my capacity to discern, encourage, and lead does not come from my own strength, but from the life and power at work within me.

Sequoia National Park
A bucket list adventure come true.
I have a love of trees from my lack of them growing up in NYC. I craved to run among the mountain and trees. I have learned so many lessons on the character and heart of God by studying them. These trees don’t rush. They endure fires, storms, and centuries of change, yet they stand tall and admirable. I learned that God is patient, steady, and faithful with my own growth.

Yellowstone and Jenny Lake
Another bucket list landscape that left its mark on me.
Growing up surrounded by concrete, I learned early how to survive in tight spaces. But here, everything breathed.

I learned that God isn't only found in stillness, but in erupting geysers, rushing water, and lakes that reflect the sky back to you.
Strength and gentleness coexist in God’s heart.
